Tholaria

This is one of the most beautiful villages of the island as it maintains its traditional architecture. It has many old neighborhoods: Atsidofolia, Seladi, Mylos or Plaka, Pano Gitonia, Vorina and Skali. On warm summer nights the central narrow alley, which is adjacent to the courtyard of Agii Anargiroi church, comes alive. Everyone who happens to be in the area will go to the traditional café of Mangas for ‘rakomela’ (raki with honey) and snacks.
