Arvanitia Beach

Beach with pebbles and rocks on its sides. You can reach the sea by following the stairs you will find there. It is a small in size beach and the bottom of the sea is sandy.

Access: On foot (from the center of Nafplio) or by car. Follow the road next to the Pyli Xiras (=Land Gate) till you arrive at a big parking space. In order to reach the sea, you will need to go down the stairs leading to the beach.

Location: This beach is very close to Nafplio. It is located behind Nafplio and Akronafplia (south).

Kondyli Beach

Beach: Pebbly (sandy at parts), large in size beach. The bottom of the sea is rocky but on the left side of the sea you will find sand, too. The waters are deep and steep.

Access: By car or with your yacht if you have one. After Vivari, on the way to Kantia-Iria you will see a sign indicating you should turn right to go to the beach. The first thing you will meet after you turn right is Vivari Bay and a few minutes after you will see Kondyli Beach.

Location: Between Vivari and Kantia.

Vivari Beach

Beach: Sandy and quite small in size. It consists of very small adjacent bays. The bottom of the sea is sandy but can also be rocky at parts.

Access: On foot (from Vivari) or by car. You will find the beach after Drepano, on your way to Kantia-Iria

Location: Next to Vivari.

Facilities: Cafeterias, restaurants, sunbeds, showers.

Various: Free parking along the beach. The beautiful blue-green water of the sea has made this place very popular with the bathers.
