Grammos Mountain

This is one of the most famous mountains of Greece. It is known both for its ecological value in the region of Epirus and its important role in the civil war. It is part of the Natura 2000 network and the network of "Important Bird Areas".

Archaeological Museum of Poros

The Archaeological Museum of Poros was built between 1967 and 1968 at the location of the old house of Alexander Korizis (Prime Minister of Greece in 1941), which was donated to the Greek State by his heirs. In the museum there are two exhibition halls, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, hosting exhibits from the region of Troezen, and the findings of the old excavations of Philadelphus at Hermione.
